Job Summary

LHH is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Analyst or Cybersecurity Engineer to fill an IT Manager Position. Please apply if you match the below qualifications and are happy to work on-site 5 days per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to protect the company's assets.
  • Lead and manage a team of cybersecurity professionals to ensure the security and integrity of the company's systems and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate security risks.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest security threats and technologies to ensure the company's security posture remains strong.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulators and external auditors.
Requirements
  • Required: One or more of the following Certifications: CISSP, CISA or CISM
  • Required: Most Recent role is in Financial or Healthcare Industry (so that candidate has experience in a highly regulated security environment)
  • Required: Current role is a hands-on individual contributor position (Security Analyst or Security Engineer)
  • Required: 5+ years of experience in Security
  • Required: 3+ years of experience doing all of the following: Running Security Scans, Pen Tests, Security Remediation, Policy Review, working with Regulators and external auditors, training staff on Security best practices.
  • Required: 7+ years of professional experience in Technology
  • Required: 10 out of 10 communication
  • Nice To Have: Bachelor's degree in computer science.
