We are seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to join our team at Abnormal Security. As a key member of our frontline cybersecurity defense team, you will play a critical role in identifying, catching, and preventing email fraud.
Key Responsibilities- Operational Tasks: Perform high-volume intake queue handling and labeling machine learning data in a timely and efficient manner.
- Process Improvement: Propose enhancements for workflows, products, and policies to optimize our cybersecurity operations.
- Investigation Support: Collaborate with the team to investigate critical issues and provide actionable insights.
- Threat Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with email fraud attack strategies and patterns to prevent incidents.
- Availability: Work overnight (12am-8am ET) weekends (Sat, Sun) on 3 weekdays, totaling 40 hours per week.
- Experience: Typically requires less than 1 year of related experience in cybersecurity.
- Education: Typically requires a Bachelor's degree or working towards a Bachelor's degree.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in G Suite (Google) applications and familiarity with Zoom.
