Our client is seeking a dedicated Cybersecurity Program Manager to enhance its expanding cybersecurity division. This position is ideal for a driven and proactive individual who is eager to contribute significantly to the team.

Compensation:
Annual salary range: $140,000 - $150,000

Key Responsibilities:
The Cybersecurity Program Manager will be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, and oversight of information security measures, including:

  • Developing ongoing strategies for the organization's cybersecurity initiatives that adhere to relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Identifying and reporting on key performance indicators related to cybersecurity operations.
  • Acting as the primary liaison for auditors and examiners, which includes gathering necessary documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Monitoring and responding to security incidents and threats.
  • Overseeing the design and control of information systems and processes, ensuring secure configurations.
  • Driving awareness and training programs related to cybersecurity across the organization.
  • Managing third-party service providers under the cybersecurity department's purview.

Essential Skills and Knowledge:
The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Familiarity with security frameworks such as FFIEC, NIST, CIS Top 20, and PCI.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity threat analysis and prevention technologies.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Knowledge of secure network design principles and web application security.
  • Ability to assess risks and propose effective mitigation strategies.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications:
Applicants should have a High School Diploma or GED, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent experience (7+ years).

Preferred Certifications:
Certifications such as Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or SANS GIAC Security Certifications are highly regarded.
