Key Responsibilities:

· Conducting impactful presentations throughout the sales process, covering essential customer interactions:

1. Trade shows and exhibitions;

2. Workshops focused on issue identification;

3. Campaigns and meetings;

4. Engaging presentations;

5. Program implementation.

· Facilitating Pilot Activation Training sessions and ensuring ongoing communication and support for educators during the pilot phase.

· Gathering and relaying customer insights to the sales, product development, and marketing teams.

· Maintaining expertise in content through the Savvas Learning Company certification program and approved resources.

· Delivering Program Activation training for both new and existing client accounts.

· Possessing comprehensive knowledge of Savvas Learning Company's print and digital educational solutions.

· Nurturing positive, ongoing relationships with clients throughout the sales cycle and post-activation to ensure satisfaction and direct them to the appropriate Savvas Learning Company teams for support.

· Providing exceptional customer service consistently.

Required Qualifications:

· Over 5 years of experience in K-12 education, including classroom teaching.

· Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

· Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous.

· Advanced certification or specialized training is preferred.

· In-depth understanding of educational theories and market trends in K-12 education.

· A strong passion for learning and knowledge in K-12 education.

· Proven ability to deliver effective presentations to diverse audiences.

· Experience in sales and service within the education sector is desirable.

· Proficiency in public speaking and creating engaging presentations for educators, parents, district officials, and committees.

· Strong technology skills, including proficiency with presentation software and hardware (PC or Mac, including interactive whiteboards and 1:1 devices) for developing and delivering multimedia presentations.

Additional Requirements:

· Potential for regional travel, sometimes with short notice.

· Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 20 lbs.

· Adherence to Savvas Learning Company’s Travel and Entertainment policies regarding timekeeping and expenses.

· Collaboration with team members across departments, including sales, services, and operations, to address customer satisfaction issues and ensure client success.

· Self-motivated with the capability to engage in self-directed training and preparation.

· Ability to engage in meaningful discussions with school districts regarding K-12 education.

· Understanding of sales strategies, market trends, and the full range of Savvas Learning Company services to better connect with customers and audiences.
