Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluating applicants through diverse communication methods to determine their suitability and enthusiasm for the programs.
- Identifying and pursuing leads while implementing creative strategies to discover new prospects.
- Achieving and exceeding set enrollment goals within defined timeframes.
- Delivering precise information regarding programs and assisting with the application process.
- Engaging in recruitment events and acting as an informed representative of the institution.
- Supporting applicants throughout the enrollment process and providing guidance as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in enrollment sales is essential.
- Demonstrated success in outbound sales communications and lead generation.
- Ability to interact positively with individuals and show genuine enthusiasm.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
- Strong collaborative spirit, curiosity, and a team-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications and a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
Educational Background:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
