Job Description

The New System seeks an experienced Administrative Assistant - Accounts Payable/Receivable to provide high-level service to internal and external customers, supporting key office functions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones and providing exceptional customer service
  • Managing customer information and performing various administrative tasks
  • Accurate data entry and maintenance of sales spreadsheets, payroll reports, and other assigned documents
  • New account setup and management
  • Accounts payable and receivable tracking and reporting
  • Bank deposit processing and payroll assistance
  • Effective file management and audits

We require excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure. Relevant experience and proficiency in Office 365 are essential.

We offer a competitive salary of $24-$28 per hour, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance, as well as a 401(k) plan with employer matching.
