About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Resident Support Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about providing direct care and support to residents in a residential care setting.

The estimated salary for this position is around $40,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience and location. As a Resident Support Specialist at Rivera Mansions LLC, you will be responsible for:

  1. Assisting residents with ADLs, such as grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility assistance.
  2. Providing emotional support and companionship to residents, including participating in activities and engaging in conversation.
  3. Collaborating with nurses, med-aides, and other facility personnel to ensure seamless care and support for residents.
  4. Maintaining a clean and safe living environment for residents, including cleaning, laundry, and disinfection duties.

Requirements:

  • A high school graduate with a current CNA license or certification preferred.
  • One to two years of experience in a residential care, assisted living, or memory care facility preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with residents, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform basic office tasks, including sitting, walking, and operating office equipment.
