  • Positive attitude under pressure and the ability to empower the team.
  • Knowledgeable on HACCP controls and accurate storage and use of food.
  • Proficient in purchasing, food storage, and sanitation
  • Strong understanding of P&L and financial reporting.
  • Expertise in budgets, labor costs, and inventory controls
  • Outstanding leadership, mentoring, and training skills
  • Proficient digital literacy, including Microsoft Office and POS systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to lift, bend, and carry up to 40 lbs.
  • Conformity to the highest standards of personal integrity and ethical behavior.
  • ServSafe or Department of Health certification is a plus.
