Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Vice President to join our team at Atria Senior Living. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading and developing strategies to drive business results and ensure alignment with our organization's mission and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement successful strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve business objectives and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with senior corporate management to ensure organizational alignment and effective communication
  • Oversee the development of operational budgets and capital requirements
  • Build and maintain productive relationships with team members, residents, and external partners
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare administration, or related field
  • Five or more years of experience in business operations, management, or leadership
  • Proven track record of building sales and meeting financial goals
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to influence and motivate others to achieve business objectives
