Automotive Logistics and Fleet Management Account Manager

We are looking for a skilled Sales Account Manager to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in the automotive or trucking sectors, and be able to promote and articulate the value of our client's services and solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities within the automotive, trucking, and fleet management industries.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their specific business needs to offer tailored solutions.
- Promote and articulate the value of our client's services and solutions to clients in the automotive and trucking spaces.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by implementing strategic selling techniques, managing pipelines effectively, and negotiating successfully.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay ahead of trends, anticipate customer needs, and spot new opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth solution implementation.
- Maintain thorough records of all client interactions and sales activities using CRM systems.
- Deliver persuasive sales presentations and detailed proposals to prospective clients.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of sales experience, preferably in the automotive, trucking, or fleet management industries.
- A strong understanding of automotive logistics, fleet management, or dealership operations.
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding B2B sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
- The ability to work independently and excel in a flexible, start-up environment.
