Fleet Payments Account Manager

We're seeking a highly motivated Fleet Payments Account Manager to join our team at Coast. As a Fleet Payments Account Manager, you'll drive revenue growth and build relationships with prospective clients. If you have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply.
About the Role
This role involves owning the entire customer sales cycle from prospect to close for businesses operating between 50 and 1,000 vehicles. You'll develop a sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and closing large inbound leads. Additionally, you'll collaborate with marketing to create a holistic customer engagement strategy and share customer feedback with the product, finance, and risk teams to improve the user experience.
Key Responsibilities
• Own the entire customer sales cycle from prospect to close
• Develop a sales pipeline through strategic outbound prospecting and closing large inbound leads
• Articulate the Coast value proposition to qualified decision-makers, finance teams, and C-level executives
• Collaborate with marketing to create a holistic customer engagement strategy
• Share customer feedback with the product, finance, and risk teams to improve the user experience
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree from a four-year university
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in B2B sales with 3+ years of full sales cycle experience as an AE
• Familiarity with fleet and trade organizations is a bonus
• Outstanding communication skills
• Experience with outbound sales and lead generation using Salesforce, Outreach, and other key tools
Compensation
The estimated annual salary for this role is $90,000 - $95,000, with an uncapped performance bonus of $60,000 annually at goal.
