Logistics and Revenue Growth Specialist

As a Sales Executive at Keller Executive Search, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the automotive and trucking industries. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key clients, and selling cutting-edge logistics and software solutions.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and potential new opportunities.
- Prepare and present compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions using CRM tools.
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, preferably within the automotive, trucking, or fleet management industries.
- Strong understanding of automotive logistics, dealership operations, or fleet management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer relationship building skills.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in an unstructured, start-up environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales analytics tools.
- Extensive networking connections within the trucking and fleet business.
