Position Responsibilities:
As an Area Service Technician (Area Maintenance Technician), your role will be pivotal in creating a welcoming environment for residents.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Maintaining the property to ensure optimal functionality and aesthetic appeal.
  • Diagnosing and resolving maintenance issues in apartments, common areas, and exteriors, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, appliances, and pools.
  • Utilizing the tool set provided by IMT for maintenance tasks.
  • Preparing apartments for new residents in accordance with IMT standards.
  • Performing daily upkeep of property grounds to enhance curb appeal.
  • Completing additional tasks as assigned by the Service Manager or Community Manager.


Qualifications:
We invite applicants who possess:
- Experience in residential property management, hospitality, or related maintenance fields.
- Proficient hands-on maintenance skills, including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, HVAC, and pool maintenance.
- A positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow professionally.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- EPA Type II or Universal certification and CPO certification are advantageous.
- Willingness to embrace technology for operational tasks.
- Availability for on-call duties in rotation with fellow Technicians.
- A valid driver's license.
