Position: Housekeeper

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Position Summary:

The Housekeeper plays a crucial role in ensuring that all residences within the community are tidy, organized, and safe. This position involves daily interactions with residents while performing tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and cleaning various areas including kitchens, bathrooms, and common spaces, all while adhering to specific guidelines and schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct general cleaning tasks in apartments and/or villas, including vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, cleaning kitchens, dusting surfaces, making beds, and maintaining patios.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are kept in optimal condition, including custodial closets.
• Maintain cleanliness in public areas as designated by the Director/Supervisor.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents as instructed by the Director/Supervisor.
• Assist in laundry duties as needed.
• Participate in daily shift meetings and engage in morning stretches.
• Support fellow team members as required.
• Safeguard community property and equipment, reporting any damages or issues promptly.
• Observe and communicate any noticeable changes in residents' health or behavior to supervisors.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Department Director.
