Your Role:

The Registered Nurse will:

  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver nursing care, services, and health education to our residents.
  • Oversee the care provided by LPNs, CNAs/STNAs, and other team members.
  • Conduct health assessments and communicate any changes in resident status to the physician.
  • Develop individualized care plans based on assessments and implement appropriate nursing interventions to stabilize conditions and prevent complications.
  • Contribute to resident assessments (MDS/CAA's) and care plan development.
Qualifications:

1-3 years of experience in a long-term care environment is preferred.
