We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to join our team at SFE. As a key member of our regional Business Operations team, you will play a critical role in driving productivity and profitability to achieve set sales targets and drive sustainable, profitable growth aligned to SFE's strategic business plan.
Key Responsibilities:- Aid the sales team in achieving planned revenue growth and delivering mutual profitability for SFE and school district partners.
- Print, produce, purchase, and ship promotional items and marketing materials for tradeshows and sales endeavors.
- Maintain adequate par levels of marketing materials and equipment.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure all proposal deadlines are met.
- Manage and track sales activities through CRM software (Salesforce).
- Build reports, dashboards, create record pages and fields, and manage the pipeline report.
- Aid in scheduling and organization of presentations, pre-bid conferences, and conference calls.
- Assist in the proposal production and management process.
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or Communication.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
- Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Publisher.
- Experience with InDesign and CRM software preferred.
