Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to join our team at Kodiak Labor Solutions. As a Service Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our field service operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate with field service managers and technicians to dispatch and assign workers to sites.
  • Schedule manpower and prioritize work schedules based on customer requirements.
  • Communicate with customers to determine their needs and coordinate with them to find acceptable times for technicians to be dispatched to sites.
  • Maintain quality service by following organization standards and ensuring that all necessary paperwork and forms are completed accurately.
  • Enter incoming service calls into dispatching software and update service databases as necessary.
  • Provide premier customer service to internal and external customers at all times.

Requirements:

  • Associates degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Strong math skills and working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Access.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
