Customization Support Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Customization Support Coordinator to join our team at Lids Sports Group. As a key member of our retail customization team, you will be responsible for providing technical support and maintenance for our customization equipment and software.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide phone support and troubleshooting for customization equipment and software issues
- Collaborate with field personnel to diagnose and resolve issues
- Perform preventative maintenance and training on customization equipment and software
- Utilize the Track-It program to document and prioritize tickets
- Communicate with vendors and technicians as needed
Requirements:
- Four-year degree in business or related field and one year relevant experience
- Strong understanding of retail store operations and customization machine operations
- Ability to communicate effectively with store personnel and vendors
- Proven operational knowledge of customization equipment and software
