Job Description

As an Operations Coordinator at Topcon, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing service to walk-in customers and handling all incoming calls
  • Entering and updating customer orders in coordination with the sales team
  • Performing weekly cycle counts to maintain accurate on-hand inventory
  • Coordinating mobile inventory counts with sales representatives and support personnel
  • Monitoring open purchase and sales orders to ensure timely shipping
  • Updating sales and rental orders
  • Processing vendor invoices and sending them to the accounting department
  • Reconciling petty cash and processing all checks and cash through the accounting department
  • Working with the service department to ensure customer units are turned around promptly
  • Coordinating with other locations to ensure timely and accurate inventory transfers
  • Monitoring sales activities, troubleshooting internal and customer issues, and coordinating the collection or delivery of equipment

The ideal candidate for this position will bring a combination of the following skills and qualifications:

  • High School Diploma
  • Office administration skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong customer service abilities
  • Sales and marketing skills
  • Experience with ERP systems, SAP is a plus
  • Preferred experience in inventory control, customer service, and warehouse operations
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds
