Operations Coordinator

As an Operations Coordinator at Topcon, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Providing service to walk-in customers and handling all incoming calls
- Entering and updating customer orders in coordination with the sales team
- Performing weekly cycle counts to maintain accurate on-hand inventory
- Coordinating mobile inventory counts with sales representatives and support personnel
- Monitoring open purchase and sales orders to ensure timely shipping
- Updating sales and rental orders
- Processing vendor invoices and sending them to the accounting department
- Reconciling petty cash and processing all checks and cash through the accounting department
- Working with the service department to ensure customer units are turned around promptly
- Coordinating with other locations to ensure timely and accurate inventory transfers
- Monitoring sales activities, troubleshooting internal and customer issues, and coordinating the collection or delivery of equipment
The ideal candidate for this position will bring a combination of the following skills and qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Office administration skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong customer service abilities
- Sales and marketing skills
- Experience with ERP systems, SAP is a plus
- Preferred experience in inventory control, customer service, and warehouse operations
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
