Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Business Development to join our team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to achieve our business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing plan to drive business growth and achieve budgeted targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop strategic partnerships
- Conduct market research and analysis to inform business decisions and drive growth
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including referral sources and community partners
- Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as marketing or business administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field
- Clinical licensure (e.g. LCSW, LMFT, LPC, RN) is preferred
