Position Overview:

Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM (OIC) Programmer Analyst

Location: Pleasanton, CA or Phoenix, AZ

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Compensation: $70-80/hr on C2C, W2: $55-67/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Engage with business teams to gather and evaluate requirements for configuration, testing, implementation, and development of essential business reports and analytics.
  • Take ownership of solutions throughout the project or development lifecycle.
  • Provide mentorship and lead technical design and code review sessions.
  • Develop internal and external integrations and reports using HCM tools such as OTBI/BI Publisher, HCM Data Extract, and OIC.
  • Research and implement new features and functionalities within Cloud SaaS and PaaS environments.
  • Collaborate extensively with technology systems analysts, developers, testers, and system administrators to create application security solutions that meet business and technology requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes for application development and reporting functions.
  • Conduct data analysis to comprehend system capabilities and troubleshoot environmental issues.
  • Utilize and manage the organization's technology practices, standards, and procedures effectively.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of recent techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically in HCM and Benefits Modules.
  • A minimum of 4 years of technical and development experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Benefits modules.
  • Hands-on experience in developing solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud, with in-depth knowledge of HCM Data Extract and OTBI/BI Publisher.
  • Experience with flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, user-defined tables, and value sets.
  • Preferred experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), Benefits Fast Formula, and benefits eligibility profiles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues within a project team.
  • Capability to manage multiple software development projects and their impact on security and application configuration.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
