Position Overview:

This role involves crafting solutions and designs for system integrations, data conversions, reporting, data extraction, and PaaS applications. Key functional areas include Core Human Resources, Recruiting, Learning Management, Talent Management, Payroll, Benefits, Absence Management, Compensation, and HR Help Desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with business teams to comprehend and evaluate business requirements for the configuration, testing, implementation, and development of essential business reports and analytics.
  • Develop and manage solutions throughout project or development lifecycles.
  • Provide mentorship and conduct technical design and code reviews.
  • Develop internal and external integrations and reports using HCM tools such as OTBI/BI Publisher, HCM Data Extract, and OIC.
  • Research and implement new features and functionalities within Cloud SaaS and PaaS environments.
  • Collaborate extensively with technology systems analysts, developers, testers, and system administrators to create application security solutions that meet technology and business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes for application development and reporting functions.
  • Perform data analysis to understand system capabilities and troubleshoot environmental issues.
  • Utilize and manage the organization's technology practices, standards, and procedures.

Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 6 years of recent techno-functional experience in HCM Oracle Cloud, particularly in HCM and Benefits Modules.
  • At least 6 years of technical and development experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Benefits modules.
  • Hands-on experience developing solutions in Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong understanding of HCM Data Extract and OTBI/BI Publisher.
  • Experience with flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loader, and functional configuration manager.
  • Proficiency in fast formulas, user-defined tables, and value sets.
  • Hands-on experience with Benefits Fast Formula and benefits eligibility profiles.
  • Preferred experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud).
  • Familiarity with VB and Page composer tools is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and resolve technical issues within a project team.
  • Capability to manage multiple development software projects and priorities effectively.
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks to meet requirements in a dynamic business environment.
