Job Overview

Position Summary:

As a Salesforce Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the implementation of intricate process management systems utilizing Salesforce. Your expertise will guide the team in achieving high standards of process design and data modeling.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Lead the development of sophisticated process management frameworks using Salesforce.
  2. Exhibit advanced skills in process design and data modeling.

  4. Demonstrate leadership capabilities, effective communication, and engagement with various stakeholders.
  5. Utilize Salesforce development tools, including Flows, App Builder, Experience Sites, Omnichannel, Approvals, Apex, LWC, and Visualforce.
  6. Bring extensive experience in implementation and support within a large Salesforce Service Cloud environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Familiarity with Oracle HCM and insights into HR organizational configuration.
  2. Experience in creating customer journeys using Salesforce Marketing Cloud on ExactTarget.
  3. Expertise in complex data conversion modeling.

Experience Required: 8-10 years

Essential Skills:

  1. Proven ability to design and lead the development of complex process management solutions using Salesforce.
  2. High-level proficiency in process design and data modeling.
  3. Comprehensive understanding of cloud application architecture principles.
  4. Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement.
  5. Hands-on experience with Salesforce build tools and multiple years of experience in a large Salesforce Service Cloud organization.

Desirable Skills:
