Position Overview:

Job Title: Oracle Cloud HCM Programmer Analyst

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Compensation: $70-80/hr on C2C, $55-67/hr on W2

Key Responsibilities:

The ideal candidate will:

  • Engage with business teams to gather and evaluate requirements for the configuration, testing, implementation, and development of essential business reports and analytics.
  • Lead the development and ownership of solutions throughout project lifecycles.
  • Provide mentorship and conduct technical design and code reviews.
  • Develop integrations and reports using HCM tools such as OTBI/BI Publisher, HCM Data Extract, and OIC.
  • Explore and implement new features and functionalities within Cloud SaaS and PaaS environments.
  • Collaborate with technology systems analysts, developers, testers, and system administrators to create application security solutions that align with both technology and business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance processes for application development and reporting functions.
  • Perform data analysis to understand system capabilities and troubleshoot environmental issues.

Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A 4-year degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • A minimum of 4 years of recent techno-functional experience in Oracle Cloud HCM, particularly in HCM and Benefits Modules.
  • A minimum of 4 years of technical and development experience in Human Capital Management (HCM) and/or Benefits modules.
  • Hands-on experience in developing solutions within Oracle HCM Cloud, with a strong understanding of HCM Data Extract and OTBI/BI Publisher.
  • Experience with flex fields, HDLs, spreadsheet loader, functional configuration manager, user-defined tables, and value sets.
  • Preferred experience with OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud), Benefits Fast Formula, and benefits eligibility profiles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple development projects and priorities effectively.
  • The capability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, continuously evolving business environment.
