About the Role

PNC Bank NA is seeking a highly skilled Infrastructure Configuration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technology infrastructure team, you will be responsible for managing the requirements for planning, organizing, and implementing enterprise-wide technology infrastructure and configuration management functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of major configuration changes from acquisition to termination.
  • Oversee the effective implementation and use of the configuration management process, methodology, tools, procedures, and audit activities.
  • Develop and publish metrics to qualify and quantify configuration success; ensure that configuration practices are in compliance with standards.
  • Ensure the accuracy and validity of the configuration database for content on assets, major infrastructure, and platform components, system documentation, and service components.

Requirements

  • University/college degree in a related field, with 3+ years of relevant/direct industry experience.
  • Desirable certifications include ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library), IT Quality Assurance, Performance Measurement and Tuning, Software Change Request Management, Software Product Installation and Support, System and Technology Integration, and Systems Software Infrastructure.
