    • Develop and execute a comprehensive talent management strategy that aligns with the company's business objectives
    • Design and implement talent management processes and programs that drive employee engagement, retention, and development
  • Talent Review and Succession Planning
    • Lead the development and implementation of talent review and succession planning processes that identify and develop future leaders
    • Partner with business leaders to identify talent gaps and develop strategies to address them
  • HCM Process Oversight
    • Ensure that HR technology systems are aligned with business processes and support talent management initiatives
    • Partner with IT to implement and maintain HR technology systems
  • Communications and Resources
    • Develop and maintain talent management resources and communications that support employee development and engagement
    • Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and implement effective communications strategies

Requirements
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field
    • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or related field preferred
  • Experience
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in talent management, including experience with onboarding, career development, performance management, talent review, and succession planning
    • Proven track record of developing and implementing talent management strategies that drive business results
  • Skills
    • Strong business acumen and understanding of talent management principles
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans
    • Experience with HR technology systems and data analysis
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience
    • 7+ years of experience in talent management, including experience with onboarding, career development, performance management, talent review, and succession planning
    • Experience designing and implementing talent management processes and programs
  • Skills
    • Experience with Oracle HR Cloud and Tableau or similar data visualization software
    • Ability to influence others and build relationships with internal stakeholders
