Job Overview

Insight Global is seeking a Cloud Integration Consultant to join our esteemed client.

This role involves collaborating with a large enterprise organization to develop innovative integrations for enterprise systems, establishing the standards that will guide fellow developers.

You will be part of a dedicated team of approximately five professionals, located in both the US and UK. Your expertise will drive the adoption of modern integration methodologies and practices, including API-first approaches, domain-driven design, and event-driven architectures. This position requires administering and supporting integrations on Azure and various other platforms.

In partnership with the Integration Architect and Development Team Manager, you will help define the strategy for integrating legacy systems with contemporary technologies.

As a subject matter expert in integrations, you will serve as the primary contact for other IT teams, ensuring comprehensive documentation and training for fellow integration developers.

Collaboration with EMEA counterparts will be essential to maintain consistent integration best practices.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any discipline
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in a technical role focused on application integration
  • Proficient in designing and implementing scalable, high-availability applications on Microsoft Azure
  • Strong knowledge and experience in modern microservices and API development (REST, ODATA, etc.)
  • Familiarity with various integration designs and patterns
  • Expertise in the latest .NET Framework releases
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Experience with IBM and SAP integration tools
  • Background in a manufacturing enterprise environment
