The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Sales Director to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, providing product solutions, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage relationships with key decision-makers to gain strategic positioning and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify, bid on, negotiate, and close new sales opportunities to meet and exceed established sales and revenue quotas.
  • Develop comprehensive account plans and strategies to win new business from new and existing accounts.
  • Provide accurate and detailed weekly forecast funnels of identified and proposed opportunities to meet or exceed sales quota requirements.
  • Provide input to sales management on trends and changes within customer organizations and make recommendations for future courses of action.
Requirements
  • 7+ years of industry sales experience in Technology/Telecommunications.
  • Attention to detail with good organizational capabilities.
  • Ability to prioritize with good time management skills.
  • Demonstrated strong communication, written, and formal presentation skills as well as proficiency in selling to the close.
  • Self-motivated, pro-active, results-oriented professional with an ability to work with minimum direction.
  • Proficient in MS office products: Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge and understanding of the telecom industry's competitive landscape.
  • Experience with Salesforce.
