Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our Enterprise Sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for sourcing and developing opportunities to create pipeline in the commercial, enterprise, government, and channel space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Aggressively follow-up on existing leads within our current database to identify new business opportunities.
  • Create demand through prospecting, cold calling, and email campaigns to target high-value target accounts.
  • Utilize our technology stack to dial leads, send, and receive emails to move leads through the contact strategy.
  • Attend role-specific and company training programs to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices.
  • Input all prospect/sales/client data into our CRM system to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Develop relationships with sales team members to ensure seamless communication and customer experience.
  • Ability to multitask, stay on track prospecting, and be flexible to handle incoming calls and emails.
  • Ability to strive towards, achieve, and exceed monthly and quarterly quotas.

Requirements

  • Internal motivation to excel in a calling environment.
  • Ability to connect with people and build instant rapport with customers and sales reps.
  • Multi-task between multiple systems, including live chat, sales line, and personal computer.
  • Tech savvy, with experience in dialer, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
  • ZoomInfo experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, ensuring accurate notes and updates on all records worked.
  • Fast learner who can take coaching and implement to continually improve.
