Job Overview

At Axway, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue through the development of new business pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential clients through targeted campaigns, research and gather relevant information to personalize outreach and understand their needs.
  • Qualifying Leads: Engage with potential clients to understand their challenges and goals, qualify leads based on defined criteria, and maintain detailed records of interactions and progress in Salesforce.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth transition of qualified leads, provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, and participate in regular team meetings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular follow-ups and nurturing, act as a liaison between clients and the sales team, and build strong relationships with the sales team.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key performance metrics, analyze trends, and provide insights and recommendations to improve lead generation and qualification processes.


Requirements

  • Previous experience in promoting software/technical solutions is preferred.
  • Previous Sales, call center, and/or telemarketing experience is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, and web conferencing tools.
  • Exposure to SFDC, ZoomInfo, and other online prospecting tools.
  • Fluent in English.
  • A degree in Business or Marketing is preferred but not required.
