- Identify and assemble customer orders
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of equipment usage
- Collaborate closely with the Branch Manager and external sales team to foster business growth
- Assist in the overall upkeep of the branch

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
SKILLS & ABILITIES:
- Positive demeanor
- Eagerness to learn and engage hands-on
- Proficient in using hand tools and shop equipment
- Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of meeting deadlines and managing time efficiently
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite
- Comfortable in a consultative sales environment
- Mechanical or technical aptitude is advantageous
- Knowledge of various hoses and thread configurations is beneficial
- Experience in industrial sales is a plus
- Basic understanding of hydraulics is an asset
- Experience with Epicor P21 is favorable
