Business Development Representative

At Neo Enterprise, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key player in our sales and marketing efforts, you'll be responsible for building strong relationships with our customers and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Communicate effectively with customers and internal teams to ensure seamless enrollment processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a knowledgeable and friendly resource to answer their questions.
- Support the sales team by providing top-notch customer service to current and potential customers, helping to increase sales goals.
- Ensure data accuracy during customer renewal or acquisition enrollment processes.
- Attend meetings to increase client knowledge and drive sales.
- Bachelor's degree in Communications or a relevant field preferred.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
- Highly organized, responsive, and detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks with accuracy.
- Self-directed and detail-oriented with a problem-solving attitude.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on rapport-building, listening, and questioning.
