Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales/Marketing Representative to join our team. As a Sales/Marketing Representative, you will be responsible for driving our marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, and maintaining an active presence at local and regional associations and trade show events.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understand the competitive advantages of using SERVPRO and effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits.
  • Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships with contacts in our sales territory and seek to develop new prospects and leads to ensure revenue growth.
  • Complete annual marketing needs assessment, including planning the number of CE classes, lunch-and-learns.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1-2 years of direct sales experience.
  • Experience in building a strong team with tangible leadership skills.
  • Strong process and results-driven attitude.
  • Experience in the cleaning, restoration, or insurance industry is preferred.
