Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team at Wescom Credit Union. As a Client Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, assisting with transactions, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist members with transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
  • Process loan applications, including consumer loans, credit cards, and unsecured lines of credit.
  • Assist members with deposit products, including checking, savings, certificate accounts, and Individual Retirement Accounts.
  • Remain proficient with Fiduciary processes, including Trusts, Estates, Power of Attorneys, and other Fiduciary accounts.
  • Meet personal development and training objectives, achieving core curriculum and required training within established timelines.

Requirements:

  • High school graduate.
  • Previous financial industry and customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
