Business Development Executive

Are you ready to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Account Executive to join our team at NextPit GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and lead generation: Identify potential customers and develop strategies to engage with them.
- Client engagement and education: Provide expert knowledge on our telecom services and solutions to clients, highlighting the benefits and value proposition.
- Customized solutions: Work closely with clients to understand their unique needs and develop tailored solutions that meet their requirements.
- Product knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest products and services, and be able to communicate their features and benefits to clients.
- Sales pitch and negotiation: Develop and deliver compelling sales pitches, address client concerns, and negotiate agreements that meet both parties' needs.
- Documentation and reporting: Ensure accurate and timely completion of sales reports, contracts, and other documentation.
- Relationship building: Foster strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional post-sales support and assistance.
- Team collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share insights, strategies, and best practices to achieve collective goals.
- Targets and quotas: Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and quotas, demonstrating a commitment to personal and team success.
- Compliance: Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and sales practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Minimum 2-3 years of field sales experience to Small/Medium Businesses.
- Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
- Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
- Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
- Ability to work full-time.
