Role Overview

dcbel Inc. is at the forefront of the residential energy revolution, and we're seeking Technical Sales Engineers to join our Sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support technical product sales to Utilities, Aggregators, EV Manufacturers, and Residential Solar & Storage Equipment Manufacturers.
  • Drive channel partner adoption of dcbel Hardware and Software Product sales with Technical Sales support.
  • Collaborate on customer proposals, including RFIs/RFPs/RFQs, and grant funding opportunities.
Requirements
  • Bachelors in Engineering from a top-tier university or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of experience supporting selling in a technical and product-focused role in the energy industry.
  • Working knowledge of power electronics, EV charging communication protocols (ISO 15118), and DER integration protocols (IEEE 2030.5, OpenADR).
