Senior Sales Manager Position

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Sales Manager to join our team at HEI Hotels & Resorts. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing clients and expanding our customer base.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue growth, increasing sales from existing clients and acquiring new business.
- Account Management: Manage a portfolio of high-value accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and delivering results-driven solutions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with our sales team, providing training, coaching, and support to ensure success.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs, using this intelligence to inform sales strategies.
- Experience: 3+ years of sales experience in the hotel industry, with a proven track record of revenue growth.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required, bachelor's degree preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, with experience using sales software and CRM systems.
