As a Senior IT Recruiter, your responsibilities will include:

  • Utilizing your expertise to identify and evaluate top-tier talent through advanced recruiting tools, our Applicant Tracking System, and various social media platforms.

  • Establishing strong relationships with high-caliber candidates and creating a robust pipeline of qualified individuals.
  • Conducting comprehensive interviews via phone, video, and in-person to assess candidates for available roles with our clients.
  • Executing thorough reference checks.
  • Negotiating compensation packages.
  • Engaging with clients and participating in meetings.

Every recruiter at Judge has a dynamic career trajectory. The experience you gain as a recruiter will cultivate essential sales skills, including relationship management, negotiation tactics, and a deep understanding of technical jargon, preparing you for a future role as an Account Executive. Within a year, upon achieving significant success in recruiting, you may be eligible for promotion to an Account Executive position or continue advancing in recruiting to roles such as lead recruiter, delivery manager, or recruiting management.

Minimum Qualifications for Recruiters:

  • A strong attitude, aptitude, passion, and relevant experience.
  • 3+ years of recruiting experience within the staffing industry.
  • A proven track record of success.
  • A competitive, energetic, and self-motivated professional with exceptional interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written.
  • A strong desire to contribute to client growth and generate new business opportunities.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • A keen interest in pursuing a career path towards becoming an Account Executive.
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
