Position Overview:

As a vital member of the healthcare team, the Cardiac Monitor Technician plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional patient care. This position involves assisting nursing staff in monitoring patients' cardiac rhythms and identifying any irregularities while ensuring continuous observation of telemetry systems.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Provide essential nursing support and care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
2. Accurately identify and interpret cardiac rhythms and dysrhythmias.
3. Maintain vigilant observation of telemetry monitors for assigned patients.
4. Execute basic clinical tasks as delegated by nursing staff.

Qualifications:

- Must hold a current CNA certification in the state of Illinois.
- Valid CPR certification is required.
- Previous experience in a clinical or hospital environment is highly desirable.

Shift Information:

This position requires working 12-hour shifts during the day, specifically from 6:45 AM to 6:45 PM.
