Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinic personnel to ensure efficient patient flow in waiting and examination areas.
  • Prepare patients for evaluations by healthcare providers, gathering health histories, and updating records as necessary.
  • Assist providers with documenting, processing, and verifying patient information in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Effectively communicate patient concerns and needs to the healthcare provider.
  • Respond promptly to patient inquiries and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Support routine administrative tasks such as updating medical records, obtaining authorizations, and billing processes.
  • Identify and appropriately address urgent or emergency situations following established protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, examination rooms, and medical supplies.
  • Address patient questions and alleviate concerns when needed.
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, provider efficiency, and effective utilization of treatment rooms.
  • Adhere to confidentiality guidelines for patients, employees, and the clinic (HIPAA).
  • Follow established policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
  • Contribute to team efforts by completing related tasks as required.
  • Assist in medical procedures such as surgeries, blood draws, and suture removals.

Job Type:
Full-Time: 4-5 days per week
Day Shift: 8-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with occasional evenings.

Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or GED, required.

Please Note:
This position requires flexibility to be assigned shifts at various locations for coverage purposes. Availability on Saturdays is also necessary. The expectation is for a 40-hour work week with potential overtime as needed. This is a full-time position, and seasonal employment is not available at this time.
