Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
  • Comprehensive understanding of methods, procedures, materials, and equipment relevant to the designated area is essential.

Physical Demands

  • This role necessitates moderate levels of standing and walking, along with the ability to lift, position, push, and/or transfer patients.

Preferred Qualifications

  • At least 6 months of experience in a skilled long-term care facility or acute care hospital.
  • Equivalent volunteer experience of one year in a short-term care facility (e.g., rehabilitation).
  • Enrollment in a pre-Physician Assistant or pre-Medical Assistant program.
  • Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) program.
  • An Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) program.

Work Arrangements

Positions eligible for hybrid or remote work arrangements are determined by the hiring department. Work agreements are reviewed at least annually and may be modified at any time and for any reason during employment.
