Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clinic personnel to ensure smooth patient transitions in both waiting and examination areas.
  • Prepare patients for physician examinations by gathering health histories and updating necessary records.
  • Assist healthcare providers in documenting, processing, and verifying patient information within our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
  • Effectively communicate patient concerns and requirements to the healthcare provider.
  • Respond to patient inquiries promptly and complete assigned tasks efficiently.
  • Support routine administrative duties such as updating medical records, obtaining authorizations, and managing billing processes.
  • Identify and appropriately react to urgent or emergency situations in accordance with established protocols.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workspaces, examination rooms, and medical supplies.
  • Address patient questions and alleviate concerns as needed.
  • Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction, provider productivity, and optimal use of treatment rooms.
  • Comply with patient, employee, and clinic confidentiality standards (HIPAA).
  • Adhere to established policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations.
  • Contribute to team objectives by completing related tasks as required.
  • Assist in medical procedures such as surgeries, blood draws, and suture removals.

Job Type:
Full-Time: 4-5 days per week
Day Shift: 8-10 hour shifts, Monday-Friday, with occasional evening shifts.

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED is required.

Please Note:
This position requires flexibility to work at various locations as needed. Availability for Saturday shifts is also required. The expectation is to work 40 hours per week, with overtime as necessary. This is a full-time position, and seasonal employment is not available at this time.
