Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at OSL Retail Services Inc. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our customer base in the Virginia market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Actively approach customers to inquire about credit card solutions and provide a stellar customer service experience.
  • Work with a tablet to complete customer credit card applications and optimize sales execution through a structured and standardized approach.
  • Grow the business by achieving and exceeding daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Minimum of a high school diploma or GED, post-secondary degree or diploma in Business Management or related fields is an asset.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • A car and must be open to drive at least 20 miles from home.
  • A positive and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Solid sales or retail experience (an asset, but not required).
  • Ability to walk up to 10,000 steps a day comfortably.
