About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Development Representative to join our team at EngageTech. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and revenue expansion for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across various industries and organizations.
  • Identify and qualify potential business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

Requirements
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
  • Proven track record of success in sales development or a related field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
