The Little Gym of Cherry Creek is seeking a highly skilled Vice President of Marketing to spearhead our marketing initiatives. This pivotal position will involve directing the strategic vision of our marketing division, ensuring alignment with the organization's objectives.

As the Vice President of Marketing, you will:

  • Lead the formulation and execution of innovative marketing strategies that resonate with our brand's mission.
  • Oversee a talented team of marketing professionals, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Coordinate with various departments to guarantee the effective implementation of marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze market dynamics and consumer insights to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Utilize data analytics to guide marketing strategies and decision-making processes.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Enhancing brand awareness and loyalty among our clientele.
  • Managing the marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation.
  • Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and industry partners.
  • Staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and technology.
  • Guiding the creative direction of our marketing communications to ensure consistent messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; a Master's degree is advantageous.
  • Experience: 7-10 years of progressive marketing experience, including 3-5 years in a senior leadership capacity.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.
