KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The responsibilities of our Chief Operations Officer encompass, but are not limited to:
Leadership
- Development and execution of processes
- Facilitate weekly leadership meetings and individual sessions with each team member
- Collaborate with the leadership team to resolve challenges effectively
- Communicate and disseminate all essential organizational messages, ensuring clarity for all
- Oversee financial performance and revenue enhancement
- Supervise daily operations, working closely with and guiding the leadership team
- Provide support and direction to leaders managing our staff
- Manage client relationships and expectations
- Oversee project management for various initiatives
- Recruitment and onboarding processes
- Collaboration and enhancement of operational practices
- Human resources management
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Conduct annual performance evaluations
- Review and refine core processes across departments, holding team members accountable
- Establish clear expectations and ensure the leadership team meets agreed commitments
- Guarantee quality standards are upheld across all projects
Required
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role (overseeing multiple departments)
- Proven track record of contributing to organizational growth and revenue increase
- Experience in high-end service sectors
- Demonstrated job stability
- Exemplary project management capabilities
- Experience with human resources responsibilities
- Experience in small business environments
- Background in market expansion
- Familiarity with the construction industry, including project management software
