Job Title: Marketing Project Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Marketing Project Manager to join our team at Insight Global. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, marketing, and creative fields.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Project Manager will be responsible for supporting new program development, transition management, and scheduling. This role will also involve driving projects delegated by the Sr. Director, planning and implementing projects, and adapting daily routines based on changing priorities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support new program development with transition management and scheduling
  • Drive projects delegated by the Sr. Director
  • Plan and implement projects, including requirements gathering, team identification, scheduling, progress tracking, and reporting
  • Adapt daily routines based on changing priorities
Requirements:
  • 6-8+ years in project management, strategy, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Photo, Marketing Ops, or equivalent
  • Formal training/certifications in project or portfolio management
  • Proven success in portfolio management and large-scale, cross-functional program delivery
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in dynamic, results-oriented environments
  • Excellent communicator and team player
  • Self-directed, good problem-solving and analytic skills
  • Organized, able to manage multiple projects
About the Team:

The Marketing Program Development Team supports Global Brand Imaging (GBI) and global marketing, developing sustainable programs aligned with a digital-first strategy.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Project Manager with Marketing or Creative experience to ensure unified strategy and execution across global teams and key partners, implementing new business projects in GBI.

The ideal candidate will be an organized, energetic individual with project management experience in a Marketing Brand or Creative studio. Must be adaptable, able to drive clarity in ambiguous environments, and possess strong communication and collaboration skills.
