A DAY IN THE LIFE:
In this role, you will leverage your technical skills to conduct maintenance and installation tasks on designated wind turbines with minimal oversight. You will follow established schedules and procedures, including safety protocols and written instructions, while also providing guidance to junior technicians.
Your daily responsibilities may involve working at significant heights or in confined spaces to perform necessary repairs and maintenance. You will be exposed to outdoor conditions, which may include inclement weather. Your tasks will require physical effort, including climbing, transporting tools and equipment, and handling components.

MORE ABOUT YOU:
You possess a strong safety-oriented mindset and have honed your leadership abilities. You are adept at resolving conflicts efficiently. A minimum of a 3-year technical Associate degree or equivalent experience, along with at least 3 years of advanced technical and troubleshooting experience in the wind energy sector, is required.
