CAST is the global leader in Software Intelligence, and we're seeking a talented Sales Account Executive to join our team. As a Sales Account Executive, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing sales opportunities for our innovative solution, CAST Imaging.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Target and manage a defined territory to drive sales growth
  • Hunt and prospect for critical business application owners using smart prospecting techniques
  • Close and process all prospects, managing the full sales lifecycle
  • Create and deliver accurate sales forecasts
  • Conduct telephone, online, and onsite meetings with prospects and customers
  • Travel into territory to generate pipeline, accelerate sales, and support regional events

What We're Looking For:

  • 2-5 years of proven track record as an action-oriented hunter in an enterprise software sales environment
  • Ability to translate corporate strategy into actionable goals and identify new opportunities
  • Passion for selling and building a category maker
  • Ability to point to tangible results in planning, executing, and managing sales cycles
  • Builder-doer mentality with sharp instincts to identify the right audience and lead into new markets
  • Hunger for learning and growth, with instincts for highly visible opportunities
  • Curiosity, entrepreneurial drive, humility, and gravitas
  • Tech-savvy in software development, with the ability to understand developer needs
