CAST's Global SI Channel

CAST has built long-lasting relationships with Fortune 500 companies and established strategic partnerships with Global System Integrators, Cloud Service Providers, and Advisory Firms. Our Global SI channel represents a significant portion of our software revenue and is expected to continue growing.

Key Business Drivers

Two key business drivers are fueling revenue growth with GSI's: CAST Highlight and CAST Imaging are embedded in most GSIs' Application Modernization and refactor to Cloud offerings, and CAST Imaging is used to improve margins and productivity in application management services contracts.

Your Role

You will grow the revenue CAST generates with IBM Consulting, one of our most strategic partners. This role has significant executive visibility and requires a successful track record, strategic thinking, building, doing, and excellent business relationships.

Requirements
  • 15 years of experience in a high-impact, revenue-generating role at IBM Consulting or an IBM Consulting software partner company.
  • Demonstrable understanding of IBM Consulting's HCS business.
  • Well-established and active network within the HCS business of IBM Consulting.
  • Demonstrable understanding of the Software Engineering world and the application services business.
  • Track record of success in working with third-party software vendors/partners while selling Application services at Global SIs.
  • Ability to develop meaningful and trusted C-level relationships.
  • Passion for selling to build and contribute to a category maker.
  • Ability to point to tangible results in planning, executing, and scaling CAST Software and Subscription revenue by embedding the CAST technology in our GSI Cloud/Modernization/ADM business.
  • Builder-doer mentality with sharp instincts to identify the right audience and lead into new markets.
  • Growth mentality, hunger for learning, with instincts for a highly visible opportunity, and a desire to play a key role in building the CAST story.
Compensation

$350,000-400,000 on-target earning
